Did you take into account that most customers are on a dynamic IP, so whom you are sending it to does not necessarily have that IP anymore?
Quite right.These mails are sent automatically, so if a client can show that the dynamically assign IP{ did not belong to them at the time, there really isn't anything to worry about.
