Going to have a game in 20 min, will see then.

EDIT: 210ms until 10pm hit, then instant 170ms again.

Thanks! That's looking quite a bit better! With the latency on 210ms do you see any spikes in latency or jitter?

So even though I've cancel AH+ along with Simfy, I just got the invoice to pay R60 for Simfy for Feb?

:(

When you cancelled Plus+ you would have had the option to continue your Simfy Subscription. Please PM me your details and I'll check what happened.

Also cancelled 9th January and made sure Simfy also cancelled. Just received R60 invoice for Feb. Email sent to accounts.... hopefully sorted before debits go off.

You are also more than welcome to PM me your details.

Trying to do updates from the Google play Store this morning, but throughput fluctuating between 700Kbps and 1.5Mbps. This on my 20Mbps line.
Tracert. It is different than a week ago.

Local speed tests also looking normal.

It looks like you were being routed to two different Google Play servers entirely... Were there any other services that aren't running well?

So, I'm not the only one with dial up speeds on an adsl line. I'm glad I managed to at least connect to mybb!

We'll definitely need to look into that! What sort of account do you have with us? What sort of speeds are you getting on your speedtests?

Trying to play some rocket league, it's a NO go....if I can't play online then this account becomes pretty pointless, not the only game I've had issues with this week either.

That's not good at all! Are you having issues with latency?

At around 2PM i was downloading torrents between 17-18.5Mbps, now just before 6PM nothing will go past 300KB/s on a well seeded file.

Heavy shaping taking place on unshaped capped accounts.

Funny how speedtest reflects a different story.

:(

That's not good to see... Were you seeing any other shortfalls in your connection speeds? In the past when your P2P speeds were low so too were your speedtest results. Were you seeing those sorts of speeds on all of your P2P downloads?

Also cancelled 9th January and made sure Simfy also cancelled. Just received R60 invoice for Feb. Email sent to accounts.... hopefully sorted before debits go off.

I also got the same e-mail - I contacted AH accounts and the lady told me she can see that everything was cancelled long ago and that I must ignore that e-mail.
I also have proof of cancellation because a support guy checked my account and told me "everything had been cancelled"

Thanks! That's looking quite a bit better! With the latency on 210ms do you see any spikes in latency or jitter?

Yeah, some rare spikes happened on Sat/Sun same times, probably again today and tomorrow as people try and use up their caps.

That's not good at all! Are you having issues with latency?

Just had another go and it seems its better now, would upgrading to 20Mbs VDSL help with latency? It would be nice to see some real world performance before I attempt to upgrade.
