I'm by no means discounting you guys here - nor am I forgetting the issues that you experiencing - but it's not entirely accurate to say every single one of Clients had a poor experience.

I fixed that for you... As this shyte, is STILL on going until YOU one day decide to do something about it. It sure as hell ain't fixed, and it sure as hell ain't in the past.

And yes, technically, EVERY SINGLE CLIENT utilizing your congested link(s), would be experiencing dismal performance. That's the nature of congestion.

Again, this is not the first, not the second, not the third time, that this has happened...

You are always more than welcome to get in touch with our Accounts Team, I can't promise that they will do so, but they will definitely consider it.

From personal experience, I can guarantee you they won't. They won't even consider it. I showed evidence of your account running like crap and other accounts running fine and they still told us they won't refund because we can't prove the issue isn't our exchange. This followed weeks of barely-usable internet in the evenings.

Yip, bonded ADSL, I was listening to YouTube and downloading torrents to, so it can go faster.
We have no fiber or LTE so I had to make a plan.... ;)

How did you implement the Bonded DSL lines? Which modem/s are you using?

not the fourth time, not the fifth time...

Zeroshell, Pfsense and a hosted VPS. So it is tunneling traffic via a data center over openVPN. Across 8x 20meg ADSL lines. Took a bit of fiddling and patience.

8 DSL lines!?! That's incredible!

I'll stick to my one line. It never lets me down. :)

Is there any update on Telkom's free line upgrades? It's been 2 or 3 years when they announced they'll do it. Still nothing

2016 was disappointing except at the end when MTN gave 50GB away. DSL and fibre, 2017 hope you come through.

Can you remember which upgrades those were?

Last time Telkom reintroduced the 1Mbps DSL lines the last time and made 8Mbps available but they didn't upgrade existing Line Profiles.
