Considering I'm paying for a 20Mbps "unshaped" capped account I want the data portion of my account charged as a shaped account until you guys sort your capacity issues out. Who can assist me with that credit?

Yea still having issues with streaming, would be great of you guys could actually do something about this.

Everyday the same response of "Does things seems to get better as the night goes on" guess what!? when I want to watch a stream it DOESN'T WORK.

Because only the SOUTH (and lesser so the EAST) regions are affected?? You haven't been reading, have you?

I'm glad I'm not staying in CT. Even the Vox subscribers are complaining. I think only Crystalweb and Telkom are successful ISPs in CT.
