That's not good! Could you quickly run a traceroute to Afrihost.com?

Ok changed back to AH and this is what I get.

Yup... Definitely off there... Thanks for the traceroute!

You know things are really bad when your upload is faster than your download

Considering I'm paying for a 20Mbps "unshaped" capped account I want the data portion of my account charged as a shaped account until you guys sort your capacity issues out. Who can assist me with that credit?

2nd time ignored, can I get an answer?

3rd time I put a stop on my debit order and wait for you guys to make contact when no payment is received.

I will then refer back to this forum where you have clearly ignored a valid question.

Pretty darn crazy latency. Nothing new though.

Took me over 3 hours to download iOS 10.3 beta which was 1.8GB on a 20Mbps line and that's on a unshaped account. I feel sorry for those with uncapped and shaped accounts.

That looks to be routing internationally, but even for that it doesn't look great. :(

Where are you downloading the podcast from?

What's happening in this situation is I'm paying for a 20Mbps unshaped capped account and getting speeds less than a 1/4 or less my line speed throughout the month due to your capacity issues during peak periods.

Refer back to all my posts and screen shots throughout the month for proof.

I don't see why myself or any other person that's affected paying for an unshaped account should pay full price because AH ran out of capacity.
