I don't even get an average and this is the problem I have been complaining about for a few weeks now, but I was told to basically fob off as I had used up too many resources in trying to sort out the issue.

So ... shot up to 110kB/s then settled into this.

Have deleted torrent and given up. Not prepared to send PMs and do tests and and and ....
