YouTube is playing fine for me. It is however slower than usual.

This morning at 04:50 I am getting 0.84 mbps. Usually I get 1.5. Will monitor.

I'm still okay. Nothing I can do during the evening 're streaming but otherwise all good on Afrihost for me.

I spoke to a Telkom Techie, and he said they busy with putting in isam blocks soon. So hopefully they busy with upgrades

Im using AH DNS.

Primary DNS 169.1.1.2
Secondary DNS 129.232.196.39

And the 195.122.135.127 is a game server located in Germany. Routing through the USA isnt very good.

Just taken a look at those hops after the one you highlighted, which according to geo-IP's, it's in SA - which it definitely isn't. So not sure if the geo-IP is just being reported as in America.

If you check the traceroute, it wouldn't be possible to go straight to the USA as there are no cables that leave SA in a straight route to the States. The latency figures for an EU are pretty good - the USA would show 280ms+.
