Have you submitted your findings to our Support team? We can pass on the feedback to our network team from there.

Yes, I have done all the tests they asked for, but I am not seeing any improvement. After you logged off on Friday, another Afrihost client gave me his account details, I used those and the same torrent I was having issue with had no issues downloading the trackers, and the torrent started to download. Switched back to my account and the trackers went missing, and the torrent just stopped. So it seems to be an account issue as all of my accounts show the same issue.

I've probably confused myself and everyone else where too - those hops probably don't have the best labels in the world, and I'm also not sure why IP trackers report it as being from the USA either, from hop 9 onwards you're within the EU. If routing was done via the USA the latency would be around 280ms.

I'll try and find out where 216.6.55.85 and 41.206.178.2 actually are :)

You need to report your findings via the ticket so it can be properly consolidated and escalated accordingly.

Just taken a look at those hops after the one you highlighted, which according to geo-IP's, it's in SA - which it definitely isn't. So not sure if the geo-IP is just being reported as in America.

If you check the traceroute, it wouldn't be possible to go straight to the USA as there are no cables that leave SA in a straight route to the States. The latency figures for an EU are pretty good - the USA would show 280ms+.

We need SAEx to be laid right away.
