Thanks for the replies. I cancelled my service today. The guy I chatted to said before the 25th.
It's sad really. I thought their new network was supposed to be 'rock solid'...it only lasted 2 months?
Which other ISPs are worth considering besides Vox and Axxess?

I think AH should see they're losing customers so they can do something about the state of their network and service.

The purpose of this thread is to highlight your specific ISP problems/experience and for that specific ISP to respond to it. In your post you made it clear that you were finished with AH and had submitted your service cancellation.Why?

While I agree with you, you need to be fair and give them a reasonable time to respond on this forum. Last 10 minutes or so throughput is up and down. Anyone else?
