I think you might piss off some of your uncapped clients by handing out freebies to your non-paying users while the uncapped pricing remains unchanged.
That's not the intention
The accounts are still ultimately for testing the network (referring to the recently updated 1GB free accounts) but through our network migration, and going forward, our DSL accounts will remain unchanged on a shaping policy basis in any case.
Besides, Uncapped is mostly unshaped during midnight data times anyway
