He has yes - early last week. But Telkom seems to be doing nothing about it. I know there is only so much you can do - but I am at a wit's end. Might as well just flush my money down the toilet this month.

I'm sure if there was a quick fix to be implemented they would have done it already :)

I think the most frustrating part - the lack of communication. I understand it may not be a quick fix. Hell if anyone knows that - I do after fighting Telkom to get my exchange fixed since Feb. Thanks to TelkomZA who made magic happen - it got done alot sooner than it would've otherwise.

Basically contact their billing dept, and indicate the issue. You shouldn't be paying for a service you not filly utilising
