Besides torrents which are a miss and go depending on time of night, the only streaming sites I use is YouTube which is also a hit and miss but has gotten much better with the tweaks done in the last 2 weeks. I always try use the highest bitrate 1080p or 720p, 1080p seems to have the most problems.
This site in particular has mixed content, most is 720p and a few new movies in 1080p.
the problem is it seems capped at 300kbs on afrigreen, where on other providers its not.
maybe their streaming content is using another transport layer similar to file sharing hence the capped speed being "managed"
at the end of the day, Once you understand navigating the site and avoiding its blatant add tactics etc, it has great content.
I just would love to start a movie, and watch it without having to pause it for 10 minutes to buffer enough content to watch further.
I don't have this issue on other providers.
Funny thing is, if I use IDM (Download manager) that uses segmented downloading, I can download the video at full speed.
but streaming sucks.
