Does Vuma have social media? Twitter? Facebook? Raising a stink on public channels helped get Octotel to finally diagnose / sort out issues in our area a while ago, might be worth a try for you guys too.

When I query one of the lines, everything checks out, and Vuma has not sent us any outage confirmation. How are the lights of the ONT?

When the issue happens the olt lights start flashing.
Basically internet suddenly drops.
Dns errors when trying to brows. Olt flashes and the internet will return at any given stage from 5-1 hour at the latest. Most of the time the internet dies for 10-15m.
Can you see any logs check from 12:55-1pm

Which lights are flashing, config and WAN should not be flashing. Ge1 may flash.
Happened again. All my lights on the ONT stay the same as usual. Config and WAN perma on, Status flashes green every 5 secs. I basically have to restart my router, it says "Your ISP's DHCP does not function properly." Then a few seconds later, I get connection again. I never had these issues with PPPOE.

Ive done the change. Will have to monitor and see. Thanks for the assist.
It just happened again right in the middle of showcasing work for a client. Status light flashing.
Guys this is not okay. At all.
Change did not help unfortunatly

Why am I seeing this? It pops up every now and then, but my Internet connection is still working.
I'm getting the same...internet sometime works, but my DDNS and Google TV is stuffed!

Same here - 4th connection drop in an hour, had to do the activate via SMS after each.
