Yes, Vuma Villages is down. The engineers are working on resolving this issue as soon as possibleI was hoping to not have to come back on to this thread but alas with Vuma Village I guess several days with no internet issues was already too much.
Is Vuma Village down again? @Afrigirl

Thanks for the quick response.
Be great if they can finally resolve this once and for all.We are currently in a P1 troubleshooting session with Vumatel and awaiting Vendor techs to join.
Hello, is the fibre line with Metrofibre? Where are you based?Hi, I have been at super slow speeds. I tried everything in the playbook to try fix this but I still have these very slow speeds. At times it goes up briefly to 25-28Mb but the majority of the time/day the speed hovers around 3-5MB for the past 3 days. Please help as even I can not even make calls on my work phone and am resorting to hotspotting my laptop to work and to post this comment here

Any update on when internet will be restored?
Internet is back for now but I'm assuming we can expected continuous issues? After an extensive troubleshooting session with Afrihost, Vumatel and Vendor techs changes were applied to mitigate the issue. Unfortunately, this is a temporary solution until the root cause can be identified and fixed. We are hopeful that these changes made will stabilse the network until after the freeze period.
Apologies for the inconvenience caused

So what's the long term plan because surely this can't be allowed to continue? What's the reason they haven't been able to find the root cause?
We still have to pay for a service that is unstable.
