Still has not been fixed and the previous ticked from the 3rd was closed when it has never been fixed. This is now 4 days without internet and the service light is still off. Can I get a credit for this month?

Can Vumatel get a qualified technician who knows what he is doing to fix this instead of the current clowns?

@Afrigirl , @AfriGuy have you heard anything from from Openserve re the outage in Plattekloof area? Appears multiple ISPs affected.

It is an outage with Openserve, I will get the Network status page updated.
