Hi.From Monday until Today we've been offline for 4 days. Seems like we're going for a total internet free long weekend. Bought to you by Afrihost/Vumatel.
No reimbursement for the data I have to buy and no credit for the days we've been offline. It's not just this month, but the whole year.
Also, why did it take me an hour and 20 minutes just to get one of your Whatsapp support reps to log an issue that has been recurring EVERY single month for the last year?
I understand that you have been affected by a number of outages, we apologise for the inconvenience caused. Unfortunately, we do not credit for downtime due to an outage with the FNO.
