Looks line related.

If you have any details please share them via pm to Afrigirl and myself so we can have a look.

I'm not aware of any issues. Are you currently using DHCP? If so please try to switch to PPPoE and see if the connection stabilizes.
Made the change. It seems to be happening far less frequently, maybe only once yesterday (could've been something different). Thank you. However, no usage is being logged on the app. Is that something I need to be concerned about?

Please drop me a PM with your email address, so I can check.

Morning,
Not sure if this is possible, but I am looking at getting fibre for my In-Laws at the "Holiday Home". The thing is, they only occupy it for 4 months a year and then they are back home. At home they already have fibre and feel getting another contract for 4 months a year is a "waste". So can you switch off one and activate the other based on where they are? Kind of like DSTV "Holiday Home"?

Pretty sure you can with Afrihost as it is month to month, but cancellation you need to give a 1 month notice, so on 3rd month they need to cancel.
Just make sure @Afrigirl or @AfriNatic agrees that it can be done :)

Hello.
Unfortunately, not. We cannot pause fibre services.
"Should you cancel your Pure Fibre less than 6 months from activation, or your account falls into arrears, you will be charged a cancellation fee of R999."

Curious what others are getting on Usenet, recently moved to Octotel 1Gbps from OpenServe 500Mbps, but SABnzbd is only reporting averages of 63MB/s.
Downloading to an NVMe.

Threading other downloads will saturate my line.
Grabbing across multiple connections from multiple backbones. Any ideas?

Kudos to Afrihost. Support actually responds to emails (even if they are reliant on openserve to fix the problem), early on a public holiday. This is in sharp contrast to other providers who don't even have email support.
