As for ICMP - I've enabled my router to respond to it, so you should be able to ping my address.

Thanks will check tonight again, was sorted as soon as I used the PPTP although unless you guys switched over super quick.Dropped our primary NLD due to the loss and it's on the backup link now. Loss cleared. We have an ongoing trouble ticket with the vendor. Can you please test again?
