I am regularly having speed drops on my 200/200 openserv account to be 100/100 (I'll notice that 100mbit is fastest that I can download, reboot my router and then back up to 200/200 again), is this a known issue going around ?

Having the same issue. Was away for a few days. Back home and suddenly im on 100/100. I should be on 400/200. Reboot the ONT and speeds are back. Now a day later, again syncing at 100/100. I'm with octotel though.

All lights green on Openserve ONT. The internet light is also blue on the Asus router but there is no internet

It is possible that one of the devices is negotiating at 100mbps. Please send me a PM with your account number so I can check.
You may share speed test results, both from wifi and LAN connection to the ONT, please and the properties of your network adapter.

Made some changes in KZN last night to get the best latency to EU from KZN. Let us know if you experience any issues. We have optimized the new Riot Games region MENA with our liquid transit.

DUR to MENA > 100ms

Direct no PPTP needed.

Egress in KZN is favouring Openserve transit where JHB is favouring Liquid so JHB clients has the option to use the Durban PPTP to influence that if anyone wants.

As soon as i switch to my 3g or any other connection i can RDP to the machine.
