Hi yall I'm losing my mind regarding pubg mobile. More specifically embarrassed. For about 2 weeks whilst on the SA server i get 140-150ms while my friends lord and behold on WebAfrica/vuma of all isps and fnos are on 60-80ms. Tried contacting WhatsApp support and almost shed a tear when they told me to do a traceroute when I pretty much repeated pubg <<<<Mobile>>>>> about 4 times...... Anyways pubg mobile ip servers are private and can't find it anywhere unless someone here can recommend an Android app that can pull an ip while playing the game. It's frankly embarrassing to hear WebAfrica&Vuma has better pings and I just can't look past it after shat talking about them for years

Edit: I was playing normally from months ranging from 20ms-80ms only started less than 2 weeks ago

Hi.

Please let me know when you are actively playing so we can grab the IP on our end.

Has a fault been logged before?
I mean in todays day and age should you not know if your network has problems. I have not logged a fault, even though you are charging me for double the speed i actually get. Vuma doesnt even support the speeds u upgraded me to. But other than these last two weeks, i havnt seen lag spikes like this really.

Area is Kensington. I can log a ticket if needed, but then its a back and forth ping pong between vuma and u guys. so what do u suggest

What are your speeds you supposed to be getting? As ISP's offer speeds that the FNO support, don't think they can sell speeds they don't offer

That makes no sense. As my other line (Openserve) is displaying the right amount of data usage. Expanding the graph matches with "Data Used" info under "Data Statistics"

It is only Vumatel that does not report usage. Openserve does, as it uses the same systems as with ADSL back in the day.

Battle.net

Do you know what the source Ip's are in resource manager? battle.net uses Akamai now and we have plenty of those so should be decent. The international transit is pretty quiet also so no issues there.
