Afrihost - Pure Fibre Feedback Thread Part 2

Hi

I logged a support ticket over the weekend in which I reported that although I can still browse and stream, my downloads from STEAM, GoG, and the Epic Store stall within a few seconds of beginning. I was prompted to run tracert and returned my results on Sunday. I have had not had a response since then, which is unusual. I hope that nothing bad has happened to the support tech. handling my query.

I also tried to submit these results on my Afrihost ClientZone, but couldn't submit the information when I pasted in all of the results, so I referred the support technician to this thread.

I am experiencing sub par speeds locally and internationally. Local area (Cape Town) seems reasonable but I lose a lot of speed when testing to Joburg or Durban. All of EU tests are also very slow. Beginning of the year I was able to reach my speeds no problem (200/200). I am currently on a promo upgrade to 300/300 Balwin. Any assistance would be much appreciated.

Hi.

Please run a ping plotter or trace route to an EU server so we can see when the loss starts.
 
Not seeing any loss.
Update:

I do see loss occurring even at the first hop. This is with being directly connected to the ONT. Different cables, same results.

Not seeing any loss.
There is some loss on the NAT Network; we have allocated a public IP.
Please reboot the router and ONT and test again with Wireshark to see if there is any packet loss locally

Is there anything specific you want me to filter or just do a wide open read?
