I logged a support ticket over the weekend in which I reported that although I can still browse and stream, my downloads from STEAM, GoG, and the Epic Store stall within a few seconds of beginning. I was prompted to run tracert and returned my results on Sunday. I have had not had a response since then, which is unusual. I hope that nothing bad has happened to the support tech. handling my query.

I included Good Old Games as I am having the same difficulty there.
