Hi @Afrigirl My 500Mbps fiber internet speed consistently locks at 94 Mbps for both upload and download. However, I frequently experience random disconnections. This issue was common in the past, subsided for a few weeks, and then returns again every night.
Vumatel replaced the ONT box a few months ago and I purchased your new TP-Link EX511 Router but the problem still happens with a direct connection from my PC to the ONT Box.

How can this be fixed other than moving to another ISP?

Likely your cable is faulty or is not a cat5e or cat 6

Weird thing is , all lights on the Ont lit up and on the Huawei router it’s green and shows connected to the internet even get my usual wan address

But no traffic is flowing

Unfortunately, not. Openserve Web Connect is a restrictive service; it doesn't use any of the IP pools of ISPs and does not support IPv6 or a public IPv4 address. Your ISP will likely show Openserve, Telkom, or SAIX.
