We have assigned this incident to our Maintenance Technician to set an appointment with the subscriber as soon as possible. Going forward, our technician will communicate directly with the subscriber. Should there be any concerns during this process, we will promptly contact you for further assistance. After the technician's visit, we will provide a comprehensive update on the outcome.

Just had a call from MFN. There are a few places without connectivity...

I must say pretty impressive from them.
 
Any afrihost here over weekend? Think migration somehow messed up something.

Can only access ip v6 sites and not v4. Was working fine earlier in the day.

Support just asking me check the cable...
