Hello.

Please drop me a PM, I will allocate a new IP.
We are experiencing an issue with Vuma Trench, the IP allocation between Vuma and us is broken.
 
Unable to send email again, getting smtp errors.

I've tried port 25, 465, 587 on smtp.afrihost.co.za

Lol, whatsapp support are saying that this legacy dsl email that has been working for the last 20 years is now cancelled. Weird that I can still receive mail, just can’t send.

In this instance, dsl package was canceled more than 10 years ago when moving to Afrihost fibre.

Please share the error you are receiving
 
Got it working again using port 465 with SSL on PC and port 587 with SSL on iphone.

Website says to use port 25 and smtp.afrihost.co.za.
Whatsapp support says its cancelled. Anything else I can help you with.

Hi.

I will chat with the Whatsapp agent, I think they are looking at the wrong page.
The DSL mail should still work.

Okay, there is still a problem. I can mail myself no problem but if I reply to a message I get this:

I tried dslmail.afrihost.co.za port 25 SSL on or off.

Phone is working.

edit: phone doing same thing. Can send mail to myself, but server rejects any other email address.
