Well in that case there's a routing issue or they haven't adjusted the routing paths.

Dead for me since 7am, well then I resurrected from sleep. I am on AH failover.

I've logged a ticket via openweb app and informed my isp.

Probably per line, and if that is so probably more of the same - previously a tech forcefully closed the lid, which had to be redone by another one fixing damaged lines. However, we had quite a storm throughout the night.

On which account is the Openserve line?
Openserve does not send outage notices. I need to query the line first; if it is linked to an outage, it will provide the notice or confirmation.

My line is not with AH only the mobile failover, but thanks for follow up. Cisp is dealing with that...

We are still working on getting the CPT server back up.
“HI team,

The region is being worked on under another ticket. Once the issue is resolved, the suspension will be lifted.”
