Well it is indeed after working hours, @AfriNatic could possibly come online, can't say for certain, if he does, he will be able to assist in letting you know where the issue is

I wonder if it is the St. Patrick’s Day hangovers that are causing the delay in fixing my download speed. Does anyone else also have a slow download speed on Vuma Village

How do u look when u bypass that router, looks like u have packet loss to that 192.168

Vuma Noc has confirmed the issue and is working with the vendor on a solution. No ETA yet, unfortunately.
