Afrihost - Pure Fibre Feedback Thread Part 2

Speeds look fine today
I purchased a townhouse and it had a VUMA box in it already, so I applied for internet through Afrihost, they processed my application and sent me my router, told me my line was active and was told to test, it failed so then I reported no internet, apparently the issue is on VUMA's side, Afrihost trying to escalate but its not happening fast enough, I do a lot of work from home and need internet ASAP, this is going on since Wed last week.
Getting really slow speed to Netherlands work VPN - impossible to use on Afrihost Fibre. @AfriNatic is there an issue with international traffic?
And Vuma Village speeds slow again today
Hi @AfriNatic can you please help me understand why I am seeing some GCNAT route in my tracepath?
From the other users a tracepath to 1.1.1.1 should be 5 hops, but the friend whom I am helping, his is 10?
Surely this should not be there?
If I do a tracepath, it shows there are two different route being taken around hop 5 to 8 as well. This seems to be odd?

There was a brief flap with our Liquid transit today but it's been stable since around 12 or so.
Are you still experiencing issues?
Looks like they are on a natted IP so the trace route looks normal.
Please dm me the IP address if you want me to bypass nat for them.
Hi @AfriNatic , multiple disconnects over the weekend, guessing there was some maintenance done? Anything to be concerned about ?

Please can connect to the ont directly and run arp -a in command prompt and send me the screenshot of the output. We are investigating.
It's okay now? just concerned about the weekend (I was away), but I count 5 disconnects during the day on the 18th, then about 2 on the 19th, and one on the 20th. no more since the then.
We are setting up a call with Vumatel to troubleshoot the issue.
I had a look at the `100.64.80.70` it's running BGP. So it looks like all the dips are and this weirdness is caused by a BGP error. There shouldn't be this route internally before a breakout to the wider internet?
