This immediately paid offNah I redid my server over the weekend and thought why not, it runs once an hour and sends me a Telegram if my speed goes under 70% of my line speed.

A bit of a joke TBH, contacted support and was told it would take up to 13 November for the upgrades to be implemented. ZOOM make big promises just like Ramaphosa but fail to deliver...
.....They did say it may take 4 to 6 weeks to finalized... prob between ISP and the fibre providerIt has started, for existing clients, it may take 4 to 6 weeks.
You do not have to request any package changes for clientzone, these will be backend changes unless communicated otherwise.
ZoomFibre / Afrihost here.I'm honestly surprised there has been almost no posts about the speed upgrades, usually when upgrades happens there's someone at 00:01 that posts my speed is still the same has anyone been upgraded yet.

Do you play Valorant by anychance?
Hi.Hi there! So just to confirm, it's shows the upgraded speed in the client zone but the upgraded speed is not yet active? Because for me it's working at the old speed. Thanks

Details, details, details...Every month I have the problem of slow download and upload speed and have to contact support. What is causing this monthly repeat problem?
VumaDetails, details, details...
- Who is your fibre provider (not isp)?
- What is your speed meant to be?
- What area are you in?
- Have you tested with a LAN cable directly to the ONT and your PC/Laptop?
Not sure how Afrihost is supposed to predict when your slows speeds are going to happen, don't think they are fortune tellersVuma

Yes testing LAN to ONT makes no difference
My slow speed problem is fixed until next month
I assume Afrihost resets something to fix the speed but why is it not automatically reset before the slow download and upload speed problem starts again?
