@AfriMan Hmmm, why dont i have this page in my CZ?

You should generally have a return button, but let me check it out for you.

If not, just raise a ticket through a regular support channels and then send me the reference so I can get it assigned to our warehouse team.

My G1 is over 2 years old. Can I return it and get a new one?

The biggest different is a 1Ghz process as opposed to 600Mhz on the G1. The new one also has MU-MIMO. Bigger flash memory,

If that = wifi remaining stable then that'll be great. Iv unplugged my dlink and stuck a TPlink archer c2 as the main router again because the dlink issues were annoying me to no end.

I’ve done the same. Using a C2 as well. Quite stable now.
@AfriMan I don’t have the router listed on my portal, no return button either.

Ohh and Cloudflare is rerouting traffic from Kigali. Cloudflare traffic now served from Amsterdam.

It really depends on what was causing the issue. Ultimately the router needs processing power for complex networking, so a more robust model is going to handle that complexity better.

If you can't find it in ClientZone, please create a support ticket and then send me the ticket reference. I'll escalate to our warehouse to action on their side.

Is it not under My account / Order history?

So how do we know we a G1?

We should be able to tell from the serial number. Most important thing is to report if you have these symptoms. From what I understand, the G1's had a failure rate of less than 1%, so most people using the devices should be having a good experience.

Pretty much max speed here, so network is definitely going strong.

Streaming Man In High Castle in 4K while I did this test, so all looks pretty peachy.

Your latency seems pretty high here. Which provider are you on?
