200/100, openserve cape town here. Twitch is buggered on AH since 6pm and so are speedtests.

So just Cape Town from the looks of it, Openserve or AH issue? I have Cabin Fever as is. I need outside world contact, and gaming at night gives that. Sad Panda

You have a trace route to see how it looks latency wise?
 
IPC congestion is gradual latency increase starting at 6pm usually as peak time builds. It doesn't suddenly yield slow speed or increased latency. Might be an outage or unrelated event.

@cavedog I do wonder why its so bad on openserve AH this evening. The fact that i can connect to UK vpn and get much better speeds surely means its not an FNO issue itself.
