lol, got that portion (for 1 month). Just weird that 100 doesn't get upgraded
I've got a pending downgrade from 100 to 40.. so I should have 100 for the price of 40 from May

We've actually been getting some good news from the powers that be about this but we're waiting for the official info. All clients that are with Openserve should receive comms about this but please let me know if you don't hear anything by tomorrow.Is Afrihost doing this also @AfriFella @AfriGuy

Package Downgrades
Package downgrades take place at the beginning of the following month and you don’t get billed for any downgrade that you do. The new billing for the downgraded package will commence at the beginning of the following month. Make sure that your downgrade happens before our billing run.
(The Afrihost monthly billing runs from the 22nd of the month to the 5th of the following month.)
Nah I was commenting on the pressure you guys come under at times like these.
Appreciate that. Things have been quite hectic with the lockdown but we're pushing along.

My OS fibre line was just upgraded from 40mbit to 100mbit:

Yes. So downgrade to 40 and upgrade again at the end of the period...up to you if you want to save R400

@wingnut771 If you do a speedtest to that server, do you see your full line speed or how much do you see in terms of percentage?
