Hi There. Anything I can help out with? All the expectation and stress placed on so few people
@AfriGuy @AfriFella How long does take for a package downgrade to kick in ? I've downgraded my Openserve package yesterday from 200/100 to 10/5, and according to the message it would've kicked in at midnight. I see this morning it's still the same and Clientzone states "There is a pending package change on this product." Since it's getting close to billing, I'm not about to pay for the 200/100 ...
I've also queued up a downgrade probably a week ago now, do downgrades just run at the end of the month?Hey Luke7777, Send me a PM with your clientzone username. I want to check something out for you.

So how does this work? I pay full price for 100mbs and others pay less (the 40mbs price) but also get 100mbs?We've actually been getting some good news from the powers that be about this but we're waiting for the official info. All clients that are with Openserve should receive comms about this but please let me know if you don't hear anything by tomorrow.
Yes. So downgrade to 40 and upgrade again at the end of the period...up to you if you want to save R400So how does this work? I pay full price for 100mbs and others pay less (the 40mbs price) but also get 100mbs?
