Hey Linric, I understand that your experience with us has been poor and I am so sorry about that. It takes our fibre providers about 2 working days to resolve a fault in general. Please drop me a Pm with your clientzone username so I can look into this.
at the risk of exposing serious confidential info please advise mail details to ensure direct contact. Linda

Hey
@AfriGuy
Afrihost has changed IPT providers since the DDoS attack on the previous provider.
Are there any plans to revert back to them or would you say that Telkom IPT is treating you better?
Unfortunately At the moment I cannot comment in that MisterV.

If we are on Openserve currently ~ can we move over before the end of the month (ie. Yesterday//asap)?

My speed tanks heavily between 6-9pm on a 100/50 line. So am super interested to see if something similar happens with you guys.

Happens to me. Vumatel tested my line today, no problems on their side.

Is Afrihost doing this also @AfriFella @AfriGuy

Hi moms, yes we are also participating, this includes all Openserve clients. The upgrade has already started and should be completed by the 20th. If you haven't received the upgrade please give it a few more days, we'll get there.

I logged and checked that is 10mbps (not 20mbps)

so what's going wrong?
Hi DreamKing, have you tried connected directly to the ONT via LAN cable to check the speeds? If so please DM me a screenshot of your results showing that you were not upgrading and I will take it up with our fibre ops team.

Hi David101, Openserve has started the upgrade process on their line, they should be completed by the 10th in case you haven't received your upgrade.
Thanx OS and@afrihost !

EDIT: Was an issue on my end, enabled too many options on my USG firewall and was killing the CPU and throughput. This is more like it http://www.speedtest.net/result/9397024368.png

Anyone else battling with slow speeds in the evenings? I find that after 23:00 or so it seems to return to normal.

Ive noticed a lot of sites loading slower than usual since yesterday, Speedtests were all fine so I only decided to try this out this morning

Thank you for clarifying. Can you confirm if this was run via LAN or WiFi?
