Is there a representative from Vumatel on here?

Since November the infrastructure has changed hands 3 times (Blitz-SADV-Vumatel).

Midday.... MIDDAY and my speeds are rubbish. I don't even try watching streams on Twitch anymore. Can't even keep a connection for a game server for longer than 15 minutes in the evenings.

All of this on a 100/100 "fiber" line... For 5 MONTHS!!!!!

Jirre oaks I am getting a bit fed up here hey. Afrihost support has been up and down and I can't really blame them for the down as SADV mucked us around for 6 weeks. Honestly wish I just stayed with my 40mb VDSL line with Telkom, at least then I didn't have to check the time or wonder if I can do anything other than browse websites.

Just pissed now because it is happening during the day and not only in the evenings. If any of you are on Vumatel in Port Elizabeth (Summerstrand), Vumatel does not have the back-haul capacity for their clients. So think about that if you are signing up...

Anyone on Openserve in Centurion experiencing issues today like disconnects every 10min or so?

IDK I tried to rule out everything but doesn't look like anyone else is complaining :unsure:

Which would be easier? If I cancel would the tenant be able to sign-up with little downtime?
 
Crap speeds on Openserve today.
Download is 4Mbps and upload is 100Mbps
 
Good evening. I am having terribly slow download speeds since today in Ballito, KZN.
Is there maintenance around here on the Fibre network perhaps? On Openserve. Should be around 10mb download :(

I'm also having issues with my Pure fibre on Openserve. Very low D/L speeds on 8Mb line - please assist:

Anyone having international speed issues ?

Local test fine on a 50mb line

International not great at all

Seems to be back to normal fibre speeds this morning in Ballito. Thanks.
