international browsing horrendous now
I have switched over from Telkom LTE and joined the AH Fibre family. Is it usual for a fibre connection speed to fluctuate as LTE does? I am on 50Mbps Vumatel Pure Fibre package, and this whole afternoon im getting around 3-4Mbps. Is this normal?

EDIT: And my upload speed is double
EDIT 2: A bit better, but still 20% of what I am suppose to get right?
