noticing a lot of packetloss and loads of buffering tonight (noticed it on my test acct on Cybersmart too).

There is loss on that traceroute. Maybe do an extended ping to bras to see if it shows any loss there

Switched over to Cybersmart now and all is well.. guess i'll check again in the morning - will prob sort itself out.

I have switched over from Telkom LTE and joined the AH Fibre family. Is it usual for a fibre connection speed to fluctuate as LTE does? I am on 50Mbps Vumatel Pure Fibre package, and this whole afternoon im getting around 3-4Mbps. Is this normal?

EDIT 2: A bit better, but still 20% of what I am suppose to get right?

Mine has been like this since Sunday evening, During the day up until 1/2pmish it’s OK but thereafter everything it’s completely unresponsive, Websites, VPN, steaming is a no go - Netflix that’s cached locally buffers every 2mins..

Ticket logged on Monday that’s about it. There’s no acknowledgement and complete radio silence from AH.
