Has this been resolved as of yet?
 
Not sure if it's just me or not, but I can't connect to BDO or their websites, was fine till around 9/10 This morning.
https://www.blackdesertonline.com/ just times out, and I can't connect to their servers unless I'm on VPN. Can anyone else check for me on their end?

rd stopped working for me at the same time, had to switch to cloudflare.

Just got through to Whatsapp finally and after making me power cycle CPE and Router I got: "Just received an update that there are issue with some international sites, the network engineers are looking into it"... Nothing on any other status page or anything though so that's nice.
