Yes it's normal. Right now IP address initially meant for Air Mobile has been allocated to fibre clients due to limited availability of IPv4 Addresses. With the boom of Vuma Reach an connections staying online for longer periods of time IPs has become a finite resource so we had to use the Air Mobile ip range.
It's not a different network it's just an IP.
Should move to IPv6

On my side on client zone I do not see the 50/25 only 40/20Currently it's R120 more. While the pricing on the website remains that is the price that will apply until official notification from us stating otherwise. You might want to hop onto this if the price does change in the future you will have the current pricing for a while.
