Downgrades will only happen end of August unfortunately.
So I have to give a calendar month's notice if I want to downgrade? I'm curious because I already did the change my package in my client zone last week some time and thought it would be effective from midnight tonight.

This seems absurd.

Drop me your clienztone email. It's not a calendar month notice it's downgrade notice before the 22nd which is our billing run then it will happen the same month.

Nah, it's no big deal. I see now I made the change over the weekend. Don't worry about it.

Now I know if I want to change my speed in future

Okay sorry about that. Cancellations and Downgrades needs to be happen before the 22nd please due to our billing run which generates invoices on the 22nd of each month.

being in durban, quad 9 and cloudflare are local while google is in jhb. using google only makes sense if you live in jhb.

Even in JHB using DNS bench it's not that fast hey. 9.9.9.9 is very fast and the anti malware addition is a big bonus.

It seems AU-Cloudflare is the fastest for Cape Town

probably because 9.9.9.9 isn't in that list. run a ping to both. i prefer 9.9.9.9 as it's more stable than cloudflare as that reroutes randomly to international sometimes, so i use it as secondary only. for example. cloudflare is routing to jhb at the moment for some reason now not durban.
