I was referring to the ISP portal where ISP places orders for the client. So Vumatel did give us a notice to say that 1Gbps is now available for Vuma Villages but we have picked up some clients we are unable to place an order for 1Gbps so I wanted to verify that.

Ok. I placed my order immediately after I saw your post on friday.

Thanks for answering questions on here. It would be painful to wait get this type of feedback from a call center.

No problem. Just drop me your email I can just follow up on the order progress. I have few clients that have orders in for the 1Gbps option so I'm pushing to get these resolved and upgrade and if no upgrade is possible at least have some feedback why and when will it be available.
 
Hello, I just want to know how long a upgrade will take on SADV or the New Vuma Villages line?
 
Just got Upgraded, Thanks @AfriNatic. Now the big question is, what to do with this speed? @cavedog any ideas?

Just got fibre connected yesterday, went great the whole day, but now all of a sudden i get less than 10% of my speed ( 100/10 )

I'm on FF ( PE ) - Any issues ?

@AfriNatic thanks for your assistance recently. Please don't forget to help my neighbour... she promised to be very kind to me if she gets connected ;)

Thanks! Yeah it's just for a couple of months, but I just couldn't take the Rain anymore. Luckily fibre became available at the rental about a month ago....so I went for it. Sad part is I have to go back to LTE once my house is finished... sigh.

Bugger. Hopefully the tower is less congested than your current one. No fibre ETA for your new place?

Its a little out of town (15km), and apparently it's just too costly to trench all the way there according to the estate HOA. Wireless seems to be the only option for now, but I guess it will get there eventually as things expand that way (i hope)
