Do you have a price override or on a legacy package?
The button seems dangerous on frogfoot fibre. Few minutes after I clicked my connection dropped and won't come online

No price override that I know of, nor should it be legacy - I changed over after Afrihost introduced pure fibre.

Anything free for us 1GBPS customers on Vuma? Higher upload? Reduced rate. Something
With the number of Fibre Operators we have and the varying levels of automation free double speed upgrades can take from 1hour to a couple of days.
The biggest FNOs are usually quiet fast.
Unfortunately Clients on the highest tier speeds will not be able to benefit from this promo as they are already on the highest package available. We can't offer something that does not exist unfortunately.
