@AfriNatic -

I will be moving within the next six weeks. I am on Vuma Aerial at the moment and my new place has TT Connect. Question is, do I cancel the existing service and just do a completely new order on TT Connect, or can I "migrate" or something? Must I request installation from TT Connect in the meantime?

I would cancel the current package and signup for a new install with TT connect.

If you will be moving end of April you can submit the cancellation so long if not and still need service next month then submitting the cancellation after the 22nd April will be better as this will schedule the cancellation for end of next month.

With regards to TT Connect new signup, TT Connect takes approximately 1 week to do the install so if you time the order to be at least 1 week before moving in you can arrange an installation appointment the day you move in with TT Connect.

This all seems very consistent in time, manner and nature. Very strange.

How long does Openserve take to install/contact for appointment ?

Take about a day or 2 at most to contact for an appointment if we did not schedule it on the portal and up to a week to install but can be a lot quicker.

Will be failing over to another ISP during netflix time to test and see if its afrihost or me

@AfriNatic Why would AH advise me of a Frogfoot issue in my area and to look on the web status page...... and there is )(*&^%$# there ???

A suggestion.... put a filter on the status page so that one can select the FNO...

It means we have gotten an email from Frogfoot directly and the Noc team has loaded the notification.
