FrogFoot Western Cape and Eastern Cape issues.

We are aware of issues in these areas we are busy moving clients over to new vlans to address the issue.

If you are experiencing connectivity issues please send me a pm with your email linked to your Afrihost account so I can have you moved over to a new vlan.

Ill have to check later when I get home. But if I remember correctly, there is only the wifi strength option under advanced settings. That I have set to max.



Thanks. I guess Ill have to switch back to my Dlink. Ill use the Huawei as an AP for the upstairs guest bedroom.

I really liked the feature to limit device speeds on the Huawei
I think there's a beamforming option etc under the setting you should have a look at. Is the router using "smart connect" or does it use separate WiFi bands? Have you played around with the WiFi channels?

Swapped over fibre providers and upgraded my package, and just wanted to say I am delighted by how quick and painless the whole process was.

R80 more for 5x the speed...

My fibre has been down since yesterday morning and could not log a call with Afrihost as the Dev portal between Afrihost and Vumatel has been down and they cannot do this any other way.

I await some response as i cannot be without connectivity as I work from home.

Please help me Afrihost!

Question: I want to switch from vumatel to openserve, is that still a new installation to qualify for the R5000 discount?
