I really miss the stability of Openserve...not once in 2 years did I lose connectivity. With FF it's playing ******** roulette
Yes, not fun working from home. I have to constantly switch to LTE.

Really makes me think of going back to OpenServe. No use having this promise of speed if it can't be relied on. I'd rather have a stable 200/100 than a 1000/1000 , that's up and down like a yo-yo these days.

@AfriNatic - Since I still have the Openserve line, ONT and router installed , how long do you think it will take to activate it again ?

Frogfoot should stick to fixing potholes rather ...

Depends on how quick we can get an appointment for the new B number to be activated. Shouldn't be long maybe same day as or or next day.

Yeah... maybe :) FF has really dropped the ball recently. Wife wants to kill me, since she had multiple Teams meeting being interrupted by FF downtime.

Thanks... FF has been fun while it lasted, but as I've said, I'd rather have a slower stable line than a faster, wtf knows when it's going down again line. Right now it's seriously interfering with my whole WFH setup. Myself, the wife and son all get stranded when FF goes tits up. Will see how it goes. Hopefully this sh*tshow gets sorted sooner rather than later

Seems when something goes wrong, the whole country goes down.

The fault has been moved from FF IPCore to Vendor. Updated from Major to Critical.

We are still actively following up with FrogFoot.
