Okay so yes, as soon as I switch off ipv6, the Netflix issues are back. This doesn’t really help me because I don’t think the tv and mibox supports ipv6.

On Afrihost fibre with Metrofibre supplier, Netflix error tvq-st-106 with mibox connection, Netflix works on other internet connections via mibox and all other mibox apps like prime video work on fibre just not Netflix.

Done. Managed to get into Netflix but it’s still excruciatingly slow. It takes 2min for anything to load and the resolution is horrendous.

Yeah there’s a Netflix issue on AH with IPv4. It only works on other devices because of IPv6.

I tried now again, it seems to be working without any issue on the mibox. Will continue monitoring. I will disable IPv6 later and check.

@AfriGuy @AfriNatic Dstv Now isn't buffering currently but gaming is still impossible due to packet loss.

Edit: Speeds are also terrible

Can you capture the ip from a video that is buffering for you and do a trace route to it?

Our Durban cache is pumping the traffic. Not seeing issues with it.

@AfriNatic This is what my Netflix looks like going 2 days now. All devices. LAN or wifi. Mom's angry kids angry everyone's moaning. 5ms ping dl and ul both above 920mbbs fibre rebooted.

Other streaming sites working fine. Frogfoot. Umtentweni.

What's going on?

Good day @AfriNatic @AfriFella @AfriGuy please can I ask that someone look into the mails I have sent with regards to a credit on my account. I am still waiting for a reply. However it seems nobody is bothered to answer. Internet issues still persist and I believe @Frogfoot Fibre is investigating the matter.
