Hi,

I'm following up on your ticket with Vuma.

There isn't any issues at Teraco that I'm aware of.

You are doing a trace route to a HE hosted IP. We hand over traffic to HE at NAP in JHB from the trace and they do the rest. The packet loss looks lie it's coming from your gateway which suggest the is line,pop,nld related before the traffic gets handed over to us from Vumatel.

The optic levels are within spec and shows no warnings on the portal but could be further along where the issue might be.

We have brought more capacity online on Sunday evening.

We still waiting for the capacity issues to be resolved at LINX to finally resolve any international latency issues.

Contacted first line support. They asked 'near random' questions. Uplugged and replugged a few things. Leading to a line (re-)activation. Line is running full speed again. Voodoo magic? Hopefully not

Bit of an odd one...

On my PureFibre, Discord won't open. it can't seem to connect. I've tried with Google and Cloudfare DNS.

However, my phone which is MTN/AFrihost, can connect to Discord fine.
