I see Frogfoot said it was one of their competitors that accidentally did this :

If I recall correctly, our feed comes from the N1 at Klapmuts? Drove all the way there, to Paarl and back via Elsenburg and could not find the scene in the picture. I did come back via Lang street, Cloetesville and there is are protection services surrounding a fibre splicer at work. Not sure if that affects us. So this is all speculation, but if that was the break then maybe it was Herotel whodunit?

:(

Google has still not completed the upgrade.

That said being served from Amsterdam is not that bad because it's going via Google's network so it's the best path and should be fast enough to handle all the traffic.

We are still engaging with Google on a regular basis.

Terrible YT performance these past months. Is google still trying to increase capacity to its servers?

Hi,

You shouldn't be experiencing any issues in KZN as we have cache in KZN.

Can you install a browser plugin called IPvFoo and stream a couple of videos and see what server IP is serving the streaming content?

Issues with international possibly?
Pushing a docker container to hub.docker and it's taking a long time (100mb in 10min) on a 100/100 Vuma trenched line.

Getting gatvol now

Hi,

I'm not seeing any degraded international currently.

Can you do a MTR to lon.hosted.co.za for me?
