Thanks for this info. I see the link is back up. I have done some tests and see a few packet drops.
Netflix buffers like crazy as well

There are some NLD outages affecting the connections in the area. As soon as they are restored the latency will improve.

Hi,

You should fator in at least 1 day of downtime.

With Frogfoot depending on how the current ISP cancels the service there is a 30 days notice where Frogfoot will ask for Early Release and if not approved it can take some time to activate the new ISP's order.

Thanks. Is there an eta for nld to be fixed. Cannot even watch anything or work
 
@AfriNatic any known outages in the Hillcrest/KZN area for Openserve? My ONT lost connection around 11:45 today and is just showing a red light on Optical.

*EDIT*

Nevermind. the optical light turned green and it all started working again on its own.

What's the default password for the WS5200 router.

I reset my router.

Tried my cellphone number it says incorrect password.

I checked underneath the router for a password but it doesn't give one.

Next to the WiFi name it only says "No Initial Password"
 
@AfriNatic noticed I'm getting charged the new amount for my normal 100mb that's been upgraded to 200mb.

Does this mean we don't need to manually upgrade/downgrade when the promo ends?
