Streaming from my seedbox/plex server in EU was terrible earlier :/
 
We are aware of a major outage affecting clients on Openserve in the Western and Eastern cape. We are investigating the cause of the outage.
 
Hi, could some at Afrihost, preferably higher up than support, please read #PZX-797-87670
It seems either your support stuff refuse to read it, or they do not understand the issue being reported.
NOTE: It indicates a vulnerability in your support ticketing system which has caused an issue relating to a different ticket.

Hi

The ticket was in the wrong queue.

I have moved the ticket back to the correct support queue and can confirm the ticket is now showing in ClientZone.

Not seeing any notices but I do see dips on the graph. It's difficult to know if these drops are related to stage 4 loadshedding or an outage.

Are you still experiencing an issue?

Yeah. Still no Internet. Wan light is off on the ont
 
Saw some major disconnects on our clients too in KZN on Openserve. Seems quite a hiccup happened.
