Now that the cable is repaired when will AH be back to normal?
Hey blunt,
It is true that the cable is repaired and your speeds should have improved. If this is not the case then please drop me a PM with your clientzone username so I can have a quick look.

Just got back from work. Unusable internet. Typing this with a spare Axxess mobile account.
Hey Vernon,
I am really sorry that your connection is unusable. Please drop me a PM if you still need assistance.

I'm just basiing it on the fact that the AH website still says there are international issues

Ok, once the Echo Netops team have concluded their monitoring period and are happy with the results traffic will systematically be moved back to their original international paths.

Any idea when this is meant to happen and the website updated?

I tried streaming international last night and the experience was not the same pre-cable break.

@AfriMan Any issues at the moment?
Internet died and getting no response from the PPPOE server.

Openserve? I see a spike in complaints on Mweb too and Openserve in general. Still holding a pppoe session from 9hours ago so not going to test by disconnecting.

Yes, looks like most of Durban Openserve fibre has gone down.

Can anyone on the frogfoot network in Pretoria east area on afrihost comment on their experience or just frogfoot in general. Because I see a lot of negative things about frogfoot, and openserve is in my are, but openserve is a lot more expensive.

Any feedback would be appreciated
