I am staying at a friends house for a few weeks , he has Afrihost / Openserve 10/10 fibre :

Do you have a clientzone email address for me so I can have a look?
Openserve is one of our best performing networks and seldom get complaints about speed. The speedtest was done over ethernet cable? With Netflix all the traffic is local and the traffic doesn't leave the exchange point in JHB so the issue might be somewhere else but that is something we need to investigate.

Did Frogfoot just die ? Vodacom 4G also seems to be awol. Iphone is down , iPad is up

I see there is a few outages listed for specific areas in JHB on FrogFoot but not anything official for PTA East. Are you still experiencing downtime?

No, it's fine now, but it seems Vodacom 4G took a hit somewhere.. 3G seems to be ok. Happened at the same time though
Very likely unrelated. I also see there are quite a few reports of the Vodacom outage.

Anyone else on vumatel that's getting internet issues again? Physical connections arent working. Only wifi, but it's slowed down a bit.

It's their DNS. Change your DNS to google and it works.
