Afrihost transfered data expired within the same month

I picked up the Afrihost uncapped mobile data package last month (September). I then transferred some data to my afrihost prepaid sim. The data expired end of September and not end of October like the website had me believe should be the case.
Contacted support and waited so long just to get a response of "We will email/sms the feedback from Dev". Still waiting.
Does anyone else have this package and can shed some light?

Uncapped data transfers unfortunately does not expire the following month only the data transferred from capped mobile simcards do.
